Let the Potty training begin!

I started potty training Averie at 18 months and she was pretty much potty trained and then Kaylie was born, all my hard work went down the toliet, Averie referred back to being a baby and insisted on diapers (again) But I jumped right back on it and had her all the way staying dry through the night and all by about 23 1/2 months. So... Kaylie has actually been showing interest for a month or so but I've just ignored her but when she pulled me into the bathroom today and said "poo poo" I knew that it was time to start potty training her.

I took Kaylie to the store and we picked out so
me pull up's, I made her a sticker chart and we've got a jar full of mmm's so we'll see how she does...

PS. Kaylie is 18 months right now

I so do not like the whole potty training thing. Good luck!

I agree with Rachel! I wait until my kids are about 3 to do it. They may be ready, but I'm not. Although it would be nice to be finished with diapers.
Best of luck!

Megan and Kaitlyn were both trained by the time they were two and pretty much did it on their own. Ty on the other hand is not intrested at all and past the two mark. It is furstrating for me to have to wait.

I hope things go well for you, and if so, let me know! Brianna is not overly concerned about it. She doesn't care if she pees in her underwear, or that she can't have her potty treats until she goes in the potty. She thinks it is funny to wear her little toilet seat on her head. Oh well, I guess it will come with time!
