Today my cousin Jamie and her little boy Kaysen and also my friend Apryl and her little boy Bentley came over for some summer fun! The kids played in the pool and ran around the back yard while us mom's got some girl time in chatting and catching up!
Averie was FREEZING because she would run and jump in and go all the way under the water. She looks horrible in this picture but she was totally having a blast!
Kaylie and Kaysen seemed to have more fun in the swings then in the pool. (they are 9 months apart)
Kaylie is going to be such a good big sister she LOVES Kaysen and is always trying to "mother" him. It's pretty darn cute. Kaysen was laughing the whole time she was pushing him.
When the kids got hot and tired we all went inside and ordered pizza for lunch. We ate and talked and the kids played and watched movies. Days like this are the BEST! After a few hours of play and friends the kids took a 3 1/2 hour nap. And I relaxed and finished reading my book.

Cute pictures! (ha ha). It was fun. When are we doing it again? Maybe Kaysen will get in and actually like the pool next time.
