My little girl is growing up! Tuesday the 2nd was Averie's first day of preschool... She was so excited the night before she had a hard time going to sleep. But once she got there it was hard to wake her up! She had a great first day, she told me that she has a lot of new friends and she wants to go back to school every day!
Averie on the morning of....
Eating breakfast, English muffins and jam, fruit and some juice.
Daddy called to wish her a good first day of school.

As I walked Averie into school I was trying to video tape her and she kept telling me to stop, maybe she was embarrassed? This is how our conversation went as we walked in....
Mommy: Averie can I take a picture of you and your teacher?
Averie: um.... no because I'm ready to learn now!
Mommy/Teacher: Laughing...
Averie: Bye mommy!
Mommy: Bye Averie, have a good day at school... I love you!
Averie: I love you, BYE
Mommy: Can I have a hug and a kiss?
Averie: No Thanks! BYE MOM!!
I was happy that Averie finally started preschool and I had absolutely nothing to be sad about I know that this will and is so good for Averie... It's also nice for me as well. But I've got to admit I was a little sad of how grown up she is, and how she didn't even seem sad to leave me.
When I picked Averie up I asked the teacher how she did, and I was happy to hear the teacher go on and on about how glad she is to have Averie and the she is "so smart" so on a so forth. That definitely put a smile on my face and I'm so proud of my little Averie!

She looked so cute going to school, I bet she will have a great time. Both the girls are so cute.
Wow she is such a big girl. Its hard for me to imagine her getting so big and going to school. More because I dont get to see her grow up.
Oh my goodness! I can not believe that Averie is old enough to go to preschool! Too crazy! I'm glad that she is excited about it though. How are things going with Brandon being gone? Derek and I want to have you guys over for dinner sometime soon (whenever Brandon is back).
How pathetic is this? I started to bawl with Brennan got on the bus for high school........it doesn't get any easier letting them go.
